If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 3 calendar days to request a return of a product from the date you received it. You may email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide photos if applicable and as much information as you can.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be 90% intact and in the same condition that you received it. Fresh produce needs to be kept within a refrigerator or any other applicable storage method.
Please include the order number with which you have purchased the product(s).
Exchange or Refund
Bay Shop customers can opt for an exchange, which will happen within 1 business day after complaint is made. On arrival of the Bay Shop representative, the product(s) will be inspected further and if the representative approves the exchange, he/she will immediately provide the customer with the new product(s).
If a customer opts for a refund, the Bay Shop representative will pick up the product(s) within 3 business days from the customer. The product(s) will be inspected, and a decision will be communicated if the refund will be made within 2 business days. A motivation for a refund, instead of exchange, will be necessary.
If the refund has been approved, payment will be made via EFT within 2 business days after approval has been communicated. Clearance of funds will depend on time of payment and the banks.
You will not be liable for shipping cost of the product returned. Bay Shop will pick up the products from the same address that it was dropped off, and at a convenient time for the customer.
